BREAKFASTS
Breakfasts will be served for attendees and registered guests in the Grand Pavilion from 7:00am-7:45am on Friday and in the Main Dining Room on Saturday morning. The Grand Pavilion is accessible through the hotel Main Dining Room. If you have a registered full guest, your guest may join you. Badges will be your breakfast ticket and are required by both attendees and guests to be shown at the meals.
LUNCHES
Lunches will be served for attendees and registered guests in the Grand Pavilion on Friday and Saturday. Saturday will have the option to grab your lunch to go to enjoy your own picnic around the Grand Hotel property. You may wish to utilize the Grand Porch, the picnic area across from the lobby, or the pool area. Your badge will be your lunch ticket and are required by both attendees and guests to be shown at the meals.
Friday Dinner
The Friday dinner will be held at the Grand Hotel Stables and is included for all attendees and registered guests. Please wear your badge for admission. If you purchased a Friday dinner-only ticket, please check in on-site at the stables for admission (walk up registration is not permitted). The Grand Hotel Stables are approximately a 10-minute walk (.4 mile), or we will have shuttle transportation by horse and buggy picking up attendees for transfer. The pickup location and timing will be provided during the Friday session. This is outdoors in a barn-type atmosphere so please plan appropriately. Also note the general dress code still applies if you wish to come back to the hotel and visit an outlet or remain in the lobby.
