The ACVO will be offering a limited On-Demand CE opportunity that will begin after the conference in Orlando. This will feature some conference content for approximately 6-10 CE credits. Registration for the On-Demand CE will be separate from the Orlando registration.
On-Demand Registration will open in November.

This discount category applies to those currently in an approved ABVO/ECVO residency at the time of registration, or those who have completed a residency and are actively attempting, but have not yet passed boards.
**Students and Interns
After registration, please submit the student verification form and include verification from a mentor or direct program supervisor verifying your eligibility. This form must be submitted to the ACVO office prior to the conference but after the registration form is submitted.
Courses Included in Registration
We're excited to offer several topic-specific courses at the conference including cutting edge scientific abstract presentations, poster sessions, Residents’ Workshop, Keynote Speaker, and In-Depth courses. The general session consists of 15 minute abstract presentations, the others are invited speakers.

REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING: office@acvo.org
Full refund minus 10% administrative fee prior to July 1.
50% refunds July 2 – July 31.
No refunds available on or after July 31. No refunds for no shows, however, medical cancellations need to be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
