ACVO Career Fair

The ACVO will host a Career Fair in 2026.

Registration, along with the date and time will be confirmed
once the General Session schedule is finalized in July.

The Career Fair is designed to serve as a central connection point for individuals seeking residencies, internships, or employment opportunities and ACVO Members who are actively recruiting to fill these positions. The event offers a valuable opportunity for informal conversations, networking, and learning more about available programs and practices in one convenient setting.

ACVO recognizes that the Career Fair may overlap with scheduled educational sessions. To ensure attendees do not miss out on important content, all on-site sessions will continue to be recorded and will be made available to registered attendees on a complimentary basis following the conference.

Tables for the Career Fair may be reserved by ACVO Members only. While the table host present on site may represent the Member or organization, the individual staffing the table must be a registered attendee of the Conference. We encourage Members to have knowledgeable representatives available to answer questions and engage with prospective candidates.

TABLE HOSTS

Career Fair hosts are limited to one table per company, with a maximum of two representatives per table. The names of all table representatives must be provided at the time of registration.

To ensure a positive experience for all participants, hosts are asked to remain at their assigned tables and are not permitted to “work the room” or encroach on the space surrounding other tables. Each participating entity may promote multiple opportunity types at their table—such as a residency and internship, or additional positions—provided these opportunities were pre-registered.

Table placement is not guaranteed. While we make every effort to space tables appropriately, hosts should be aware that placement may be adjacent to a competitor.

Conference attendees are welcome to visit the Career Fair on a flow basis throughout the scheduled time. Each participating program is responsible for providing its own promotional materials and displays for their table.

Each table will include an identification tent card clearly displaying the program name.
