The ACVO will be offering a limited On-Demand CE opportunity that will begin after the conference in Savannah.This will feature some conference content for approximately 6-10 CE credits. Registration for the On-Demand CE will be separate from the Savannah registration.

On-Demand Registration will open in November.

This discount category applies to those currently in an approved ABVO/ECVO residency at the time of registration, or those who have completed a residency and are actively attempting, but have not yet passed boards.

**Students and Interns

After registration, please submit the student verification form and include verification from a mentor or direct program supervisor verifying your eligibility. This form must be submitted to the ACVO office prior to the conference but after the registration form is submitted.

REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING.

  • Full refund minus 10% administrative fee prior to July 15th.

  • 50% refunds July 16th – August 30th.

  • No refunds available on or after August 31st. No refunds for no shows, however, medical cancellations need to be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
