Each exhibit booth includes two (2) Exhibit Booth Representative badges.
If you purchased two booths, you will receive four (4) Exhibit Booth Representative badges.
Additional Booth Representative badges may be purchased for $300 each.
To assign booth staff
From the Overview page, click View Booth Staff.
From the Add Booth Staff dropdown, choose one of the following options:
Share Sign-Up Link – Generates a registration link with the appropriate registration type for you to send directly to your onsite staff so they can register themselves.
Register Booth Staff – Allows you to register your onsite staff directly within the portal using the assigned registration type.

Breaking down your booth before 5:00 pm on Friday, October 2nd is prohibited.
Violators will be billed $200 and will not receive priority booth assignments for 2027.
All contact with attendees in the exhibit hall must take place within your booth.
Approaching attendees elsewhere in the exhibit hall or walking the floor to solicit attendees is strictly prohibited.
