Conference registration will open May 1st, 2019. The below rates are based on 2018 and will be updated early Spring 2019.
General Conference Registration includes: All full meeting registrations include access to the Welcome Reception, CE certificate and access to all general sessions Thursday – Saturday (excluding GP course), proceedings, breakfasts and breaks, exhibit hall access, poster session access, career fair, ticket to the Friday reception, and access to the online presentations portal for three months. The conference includes 19.25 - 21.75 hours of CE for the general meeting.
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING. Refund schedule: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee prior to August 1st, 50% refunds August 2nd – August 31st. No refunds available on or after September 1st. No refunds for no-shows, however, medical cancellations need to be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

*Residents: This discount category applies to those currently in an approved ABVO/ECVO residency at the time of registration or those who have completed residency and are actively attempting but have not yet passed boards.
**Students and Interns: A letter must be submitted from a mentor or direct program supervisor verifying your eligibility. This must be emailed or faxed to the ACVO office prior to the conference.
***Spouse/Guests: CE credit and proceedings are not provided to this category of registrant. Registered guests may attend sessions, Welcome Reception, Friday Reception, breaks and exhibit hall.
Additional Courses & Fees
We're excited to offer several topic-specific courses at the conference including cutting edge scientific abstract presentations, poster sessions, Residents’ Workshop, Keynote Speaker lecture, General Practitioners’ course, Vitreous Society presentations, Teaching & Learning meeting, Pharm Tox meeting and optional Sunday course. The abstract presentations topics and schedule will be available by mid June.
General Practitioners' Practical Ophthalmology Course
Includes separate proceedings, 8.5 hours CE, continental breakfast, lunch, break, exhibit hall entrance and three months online access to this year's recorded sessions. Registration for the general conference is not necessary to attend this course. Late fees are not charged, but registration for the course closes in August. If you would like to walk-up register, please email the office of your intent, when possible.

Registration fee includes a 4-hour CE certificate, breakfast before the course, transportation and lunch. 2018 prices are listed below and will be updated in Spring of 2019.

AVOT Registration will open May 1st, 2019
In an effort to further support the AVOT attendees, ACVO has proposed and AVOT agreed to integrate both registration processes. Cancellations and additions will be handled by ACVO. AVOT attendees are now able to attend receptions for no extra cost and have the ability to add on things like the fun run and guest tickets directly. On-site check-in will remain separate at this time. More information about the AVOT educational program can be found here.
Satellite Meetings & Breakouts
Several committees or related organizations may hold meetings during the ACVO conference. Our goal is to provide a description of the focus of each meeting or supplemental educational session over the summer. These courses and/or meetings will all be provided at no additional cost.
Post Conference Recordings
We will again be offering access to post-conference digital recordings. Access will be free for paid attendees of the conference for up to three months. The code will be provided to attendees immediately post-conference.
Non-attendees may also purchase access to these presentations. Registration for access and pricing will be available mid-November.
ACVO Members will receive complimentary access three months post meeting.
Continuing education credits are not offered through this online service due to varying state laws.
