Requests for Bay View upgrades will be granted based upon availability at the time of arrival. With this conference rate you could be placed in a Garden room or Bay View room. Those rooms currently run $220 - $270 'rack rate' so the discount is not as great as when booked 3 years ago at over $100 discount per night (as of May 2010). It is likely 'rack' rates will increase closer to the meeting as inventory goes down. Please try to book within the block if possible to credit your stay to the ACVO's contract.
