The ACVO warmly welcomes you to participate in the 43rd annual ACVO Conference in Portland, Oregon. The conference will take place October 17-20, 2012 at the Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel. The program will include the expected modules such as the residents forum, general sessions and breakouts which espouse cutting edge research from our colleagues around the world. Attending this general meeting will earn registrants 15-20 continuing education credits.

Registration will open to attendees in early May. Registration for vendors who attended the 2011 meeting in Hilton Head will open approximately 2 weeks prior to general exhibitor registration. If you are not sure if your company participated last year please check this list. Therefore 'preferred vendor' registration will open Monday, April 2nd. Registration will open to all interested parties on April 16th at 9am MT.

The location of the conference offers many exciting opportunities nearby. Nestled on the banks of the Willamette River near Portland State University, the hotel is near some of the best restaurants, shopping and performing arts venues in downtown.
