Hotel reservations are now available for attendees at the Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa. Following are the online reservation links for each type of room. These room rates are available 3 days pre and post-conference. $179++ resort view $199++ ocean view $219++ ocean front For Reservations or Hotel Information Call: 843-686-8400 or 888-511-5086 (toll free) The room rate INCLUDES free wireless internet! Reservation center staff may not be aware of this arrangement when you conact them, but be assured it has been confirmed with the hotel. The hotel will provide you with the wireless internet access code when you arrive. Conference rates will be available through September 23, 2011 or until all rooms are sold, whichever comes first.

ACCESSIBILITY There is currently a $10.00 parking fee per day and a $18.00 Valet Parking fee per day plus tax. Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa will shuttle service roundtrip to Shelter Cove Marina between the hours of 6:00pm & 9:00pm for ACVO on October 26, 27 & 29, 2011. Shuttles will leave the hotel at 5:45pm, 6:45pm, 7:45pm. Shuttles will pick up at Shelter Cove at 7:00pm, 8:00pm and 9:00pm.
