April 15, 2011 - General Registration

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the opening of vendor registration for the ACVO Annual Conference in Hilton Head, SC. The exhibit show at the conference will take place October 27-29, 2011. As is usual, we have a limited number of booths available, so plan to register early.

Even during these financially trying times, the ACVO conference has continued to maintain and even increase attendance numbers. Last year over 600 registered attendees participated. This number was in line with attendance in 2009. All indications are that attendance will continue to increase at this year's conference.

Registration for vendors who attended the 2010 meeting in San Diego will open approximately 2 weeks prior to general registration. If you are not sure if your company participated last year please check this list. Therefore 'preferred vendor' registration will open Friday, April 1st. Registration will open to all interested parties on April 15th at 9am MT.

When registering, please take a look at our sponsorship opportunities. They include a couple of new options including an outdoor dinner event 'beach party', a lunch opportunity to encourage attendees to visit vendors and a photography contest.
