The conference call for papers will go out Wednesday, June 1st. Abstract submissions and revisions are be due by Friday, July 15th at 5pm Mountain time.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Complete the online submission and copyright transfer form. (Required for each abstract submitted.)

• You will receive a confirmation email when your submission is successfully completed.

Step 2: Review abstract formatting requirements.

Step 3: Submit abstract as Word document via email to the ACVO office.

Step 4: Review oral and poster presentation guidelines. The poster session will be fully expanded to two days, allowing for up to 60 presentations.

Step 5: Complete conference registration. Abstract presenters must be registered for the conference in order to present.

ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE/SCHEDULING:

Due to a the number of abstracts submitted more time is needed to review abstracts. The presenting author will be now be notified of acceptance of the abstract by email by August 5, 2011. A list of accepted papers/posters and the program schedule will be listed on www.acvo.org after September 2, 2011. In addition to abstract publication in the Journal, paper presentations will be video recorded for limited post conference viewing by attendees.

ABSTRACT EDITS/REVISIONS:
Any edits/revisions to previously submitted abstracts must be received by July 15, 2011. Authors are required to submit the revised abstract in its entirety in the required format. The ACVO office will not complete any edits or revisions to abstracts submitted unless directed by the abstract review committee.
