*This is a run of house rate. Requests for Bay View upgrades will be granted based upon availability at the time of arrival. With this conference rate you could be placed in a Garden room or Bay View room. Those rooms currently run $220 - $270 'rack rate' so the discount is not as great as when booked 3 years ago at over $100 discount per night (as of May 2010). It is likely 'rack' rates will increase closer to the meeting as inventory goes down. Please try to book within the block if possible to credit your stay to the ACVO's contract. Conference rates will be available through September 6, 2010 or until all rooms are sold, whichever comes first.

Please note, per hotel policy, the first night of your reservation will be immediately charged to your credit card. In the event you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 72 or more hours before the first night of your reservation in order to receive a full refund.

Take North Harbor Drive to Laurel Street and follow signs to Interstate 5 North. Continue on Interstate 5 North and exit onto Interstate 8 West.  Continue on Interstate 8 West and exit Sports Arena/West Mission Bay Drive. Turn right at the traffic light - Ingraham Street. Continue on Ingraham Street to the second traffic light - West Vacation Road. Turn left into the hotel main entrance.
