The abstract submission period has closed.

The ACVO has moved to an online submission format with a company called OASIS. Please note, the OASIS submission site will not accept abstracts over 250 words. Emailed and mailed abstracts will not be accepted. Abstract instructions should be uploaded early May, online submission begins early June.
Applicants will be notified by email around July 30th regarding acceptance. Those who wish to present at the ACVO conference must also be registered attendees. Please note that 'early bird' registration ends August 5, 2010.
Important Instructions for Abstract Presenters
1. Presenters need to bring files on a flash drive (thumb drive).
2. Presenters must be prepared to upload files in the morning before presentations, or during lunch for afternoon presentations.
3. Presentations for the Residents' Forum and General Scientific Sessions will be run by the technical advisor. They can advance screens by controlling a wireless mouse.
4. Presentations will flow easiest if you use the following programs/formats:
a. Windows XP - (Vista could save files as 2003 version)
b. Power Point 2003 (save files as 2003)
c. Flash (updated versions will be on laptops to plug into presentations, if needed)
